Bookings
You can book your tour:
- online through our partner FareHarbor, receiving immediate confirmation
- directly with Experiences of Rome, by providing a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) to secure the reservation
In both cases, the total amount due will be charged to your credit card according to the terms below.
If you choose to book directly with us, we will send you a booking form link that must be completed with your personal details.
Please remember to provide:
- the name of your cruise ship or hotel
- a valid mobile phone number
- any additional information you consider relevant
General Terms and Conditions
Currency
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Rates include:
- driver service
- use of the vehicle
- fuel
- highway tolls
- parking fees
Rates do not include, unless otherwise specified in the program:
- meals, food, and beverages
- entrance tickets to museums, monuments, or archaeological sites
- gratuities
- any service not expressly listed as “included”
Cancellation Policy and Penalties
The following cancellation penalties apply:
- Cancellation less than 96 hours before the date and time of service: 10% penalty
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the date and time of service: 30% penalty
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the date and time of service: 50% penalty
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service start time or no-show: 100% of the total amount charged
Entrance Tickets
Any entrance tickets purchased by Experiences of Rome on behalf of the client:
- are non-refundable, even if the cancellation is made more than 96 hours before the service
- have a minimum cost of €30 per person, unless otherwise specified
Museums, galleries, and archaeological sites do not issue refunds for purchased tickets; therefore, Experiences of Rome cannot refund them under any circumstances.
The cancellation policy does not apply to entrance tickets, which remain non-refundable.
Payments and Confirmations
The email sent by the client will be considered a booking option, valid for 7 days, during which the client must provide credit card details:
- cardholder’s name (as shown on the card)
- card number
- expiration date
- CVV code
Once credit card details are received, the booking will be considered fully confirmed.
Clients are kindly advised to finalize their booking at least 7 days before the start of the first service.
Changes
General terms and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
