Bookings<\/b><\/h3>\n

You can book your tour:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • online through our partner FareHarbor<\/b>, receiving immediate confirmation<\/span>

    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • directly with Experiences of Rome<\/b>, by providing a valid credit card (<\/span>Visa, MasterCard, or American Express<\/b>) to secure the reservation<\/span>

    <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In both cases, the total amount due will be <\/span>charged to your credit card<\/b> according to the terms below.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you choose to book directly with us, we will send you a <\/span>booking form link<\/b> that must be completed with your personal details.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please remember to provide:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • the name of your cruise ship or hotel<\/span>

      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • a valid mobile phone number<\/span>

      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • any additional information you consider relevant<\/span>

      • driver service<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • use of the vehicle<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • fuel<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • highway tolls<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • parking fees<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Rates do not include<\/b>, unless otherwise specified in the program:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • meals, food, and beverages<\/span>

          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • entrance tickets to museums, monuments, or archaeological sites<\/span>

          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • gratuities<\/span>

          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • any service not expressly listed as \u201cincluded\u201d<\/span>

          <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cancellation Policy and Penalties<\/b><\/h3>\n

          The following cancellation penalties apply:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Cancellation <\/span>less than 96 hours<\/b> before the date and time of service: <\/span>10% penalty<\/b>

            <\/b><\/li>\n
          • Cancellation <\/span>less than 72 hours<\/b> before the date and time of service: <\/span>30% penalty<\/b>

            <\/b><\/li>\n
          • Cancellation <\/span>less than 48 hours<\/b> before the date and time of service: <\/span>50% penalty<\/b>

            <\/b><\/li>\n
          • Cancellation <\/span>less than 24 hours<\/b> before the service start time or no-show: <\/span>100% of the total amount charged<\/b>

            <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Entrance Tickets<\/b><\/h3>\n

            Any <\/span>entrance tickets purchased by Experiences of Rome on behalf of the client<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • are <\/span>non-refundable<\/b>, even if the cancellation is made more than 96 hours before the service<\/span>

              <\/span><\/li>\n
            • have a <\/span>minimum cost of \u20ac30 per person<\/b>, unless otherwise specified<\/span>

              <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Museums, galleries, and archaeological sites <\/span>do not issue refunds<\/b> for purchased tickets; therefore, Experiences of Rome <\/span>cannot refund them under any circumstances<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

              The cancellation policy <\/span>does not apply to entrance tickets<\/b>, which remain non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

              Payments and Confirmations<\/b><\/h3>\n

              The email sent by the client will be considered a <\/span>booking option<\/b>, valid for <\/span>7 days<\/b>, during which the client must provide credit card details:<\/span><\/p>\n

              • cardholder\u2019s name (as shown on the card)<\/span>

                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • card number<\/span>

                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • expiration date<\/span>

                <\/span><\/li>\n
              • CVV code<\/span>

                <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Once credit card details are received, the booking will be considered <\/span>fully confirmed<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Clients are kindly advised to <\/span>finalize their booking at least 7 days before<\/b> the start of the first service.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Changes<\/b><\/h3>\n
